I first studied Reiki in 2000 and in 2009.
In 2005 I studied Reflexology (feet massage).
in 2015 I studied Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage at the London School of Massage.

One of the most profound benefits of massage is deep relaxation, reducing the stress and tension that is believed to be, directly or indirectly, the cause of nearly three-quarters of all illness.

Through my experience I learned to find and loose contracted muscles with a combination of different techniques.
